2 B's Formula to Build Good Personality

2 B’s  Formula To Build Good Personality

The personality you build up is upto you ! you are the architect of your personality. For your personality is the passport to success. The individual who cooperates  willingly and cheerfully may not need to think about developing a ‘good’ personality. But a ‘good’ personality can be made even better.
Some 2B’s formula to build good personality. One is Bliss and another  is Beauty. These are required for the modern personality development  in this turbulent modern environment. Such formula  are discussed below;

1). Bliss:

Bliss  increases face value and entire personality. To get bliss one should be self-actualized without self-actualization one cannot get bliss. We find in present days society all are suffering with some deficiency. It may be  job, money, family life, social evils, environment etc. Everybody is in search or in want of some thing for his personal satisfaction. In this way, according to Economic Theory human wants are so many and unlimited. If one want is fulfilled the another  also exists in that place. Hence, bliss is   one of the deficiencies in the human life. It is high time in this turbulent  environment everybody should adopt positive thinking and self-confidence and try his best to be satisfied with what he/she is having. Everybody must adopt spiritualism so that people will  be contended with what he/she is having. Everybody must try his best to participate in social services  because man is a social animal and by participating in social services,  the country will be developed and a smile on the face is an added advantage for a good personality. All great personalities face glow because they achieved bliss.
Bliss means the highest happiness. Everybody  wants highest happiness in their life. But we may not achieve bliss in our life. If you want bliss in your life, you should adopt the following formula;
If you want to be happy in a day !
   You should read good books.
If you want to be happy in a week !
   You can spend with good friends.
If you want to be happy in a month or a year !
   You can marry.
           But, If you want to be happy for a life time !
   You should take up a profession with interest and commitment.
This is because bliss is considered to be a part of your attire. Moreover, if you bliss at your audience and look relaxed, they will react warmly to you. This would also give them the indication that you treat them as friends.
To have bliss, one should be spiritual straight forward, honest, truthful and devoted to his duties. Now a days, there is a dress code for each and every occasion and every office.

2). Beauty:

Beauty is nothing but the quality which a person is possessing. In recent studies it is revealed that the beautiful signature of great persons  effects the personality. Beauty is a sort of bloom on a personality. It strikes the sight;  it magnetizes. This invaluable asset of personality is not inborn. It can be developed by any one by following certain techniques. Here are the main techniques;
i). Beauty in the way of  walking
The way your move towards a person does a lot to tell him how you feel. It conveys an instant and definite impression. You create a good impression if you move forward energetically to greet the other person, if there is a lift in your shoulder, a spring in your gait, grace in your steps and an eagerness on your face to plunge into your work. In a word, the way your walk can help you on the road to a successful personality.
ii). Beauty in the  way of talking
The person with whom it is a pleasure to talk has something interesting to say- and say it well. He also knows when to listen. Encourage others to talk to you. Voice is a vital trait of personality. Modulate your voice. Have a smile on your lips. Speak clearly. Do not talk too fast or too slowly.
Jesus said that;
“What goes into the mouth, that doesn’t defilth a  person !
  What come out of  the mouth, that defilth a person”.
iii). Beauty in the way of looking
And we mean your face is the mirror, of your personality.  We hope not : for smiling is the easiest thing in the world to do. A sparkling smile and a merry twinkle in your eye are above rubies. They make other persons feel good-and they help you feel good too. It is amazing how relaxing a smile that lights the face also warms the heart. Then your smiles will be the natural expression of “a genuinely radiant personality.”  Intellectuals always look towards a bright future ! they never be pessimistic.
iv). Beauty in the way of  dressing
Of course, the old saying, “The tailor makes the man”, is only partially true, but good clothes can make a man look more impressive than he really is. A neat, conservatively-dressed person makes a far better impression than someone who wears gaudy garments, or goes along with kooky hippy fads. A sloppily dressed guy is all too frequently someone who is also sloppy in his other habits and thinking. Do not let your dress be an attraction or distraction. Do not be overly dressy.
v). Beauty in the way of treating  others
Courtesy is to human relations what oil is to machinery. The foundation of good inter-personal relations is friendliness and goodwill. Be considerate of others. Make “Please” and “Thank You” as two essentials of your vocabulary. Be ready to praise some one who has done a good job. Learn to disagree agreeably. No intelligent person expects you to rubber stamp all his ideas but he does expect politeness and rationality when you disagree with him. A gentleman will refuse to make an issue out of every difference or opinion.
vi). Beauty in the way of working
If you have a good attitude towards your work,  even the odds  that you do, will do a good job. A sense of accomplishment is vital to enjoyment of work. When  you enjoy your work, you radiate a more positive personality.
vii). Beauty in the way of looking on life
In the development of personality your outlook on life counts a great deal. Are you an optimist ? or a Pessimist ?  Dr. Albert Schweitzer wisely remarks, “An  optimist is a person who sees a green light everywhere, while the pessimist sees only the red stop-light.. but the truly wise person is colour-blind”. Keep the top of the ladder in sight, but go up by one rung at a time.

The cheerful person is one who have bliss and smiles readily; he is much more charming and beautiful. He looks younger, more attractive, more confident. A cheerful person is welcomed everywhere. An old Irish proverb has it, “continual cheerfulness is a sign of wisdom”. Beautifulness and cheerfulness are  fundamental emotions. A cheerful, beautiful and pleasant dispositions are worth more than wealth of universe.  Beautifulness  and cheerfulness  of disposition is a matter of inborn temperament it is also capable of being cultivated. A person can encourage the disposition of looking at the brightest side of things instead of the darkest. And while he sees the cloud, he should not shut his eyes to the silver lining. In his ‘Autobiography’, Andrew Carnegie writes, “A sunny disposition is worth more than fortune. Young people should know that it can be cultivated; that the mind, like the body, can be moved from the shade into sun-shine”.
